Google Classroom Tutorial

6H were exploring missing number addition questions using Gareth Metcalfe resources, which were fantastic. ALL children were challenged & supported as needed. We LOVED the explain task & proving multiple answers. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ’ͺ🏻

Two wonderful examples of chalk and silhouette fireworks art work from 6H. Great to experiment with chalk, tone and colour. There’s also a photo taken β€˜before the chalk’. Stay safe this evening everybody. πŸŽ‡πŸŽ†πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

PE Information

Year 6 Tuesday and Friday

Children are to come into to school in their PE kits on their PE days. All children require a plain dark sweatshirt/hoodie and some sport tracksuit bottoms or leggings that are plain or as close to plain as you can get, to keep them warm during the day.

Please no slogan jumpers or leggings, as an element of still being smart, although they are in PE kit, in school. No wearing tights with PE kits (unless running tights). No jewellery.

They will be outside as much as possible. Thank you.

Incredible self portraits from some girls in 6H this afternoon. Amazing attention to detail and clear examples of the key features we were learning. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»βœοΈβœοΈπŸ™πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ™ŽπŸ»β€β™€οΈ
